Appointment Info

Studio Location

My studio is a private space located in Ahuntsic, Montreal. It is accessible by appointment only. The location will be shared with you prior to your appointment via text or email.

On Arrival

On arrival to your appointment, please inform me via text and you will be told when to come to the front door. This is to ensure proper social distancing guidelines and hygiene policies are followed between clients at all times.

Upon entering the studio, you must wear a mask throughout the duration of your appointment and you will be offered hand sanitizer at the door.

Appointment Policies

When you confirm your appointment time this means that you have set this time aside for me and I have for you too. To ensure your appointment is not forgotten, you will receive a courtesy reminder via text or email prior to your scheduled time.

Please note that I strictly require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives me time to offer your appointment to someone else who may be on a waitlist.

No Shows & Late Arrivals

I require all appointments to be secured with a credit card number at the time of booking. If you do not show for your appointment or don't cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your arrival time, you will be charged the price of your appointment.

In you're running late for your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work something out.

Pre-Appointment

Clean Your Lashes

Always show up to your appointment with clean lashes. Use a cleansing brush for soft and easy cleansing (available in store) or gently cleanse them. This assures that all your natural bodily oils, makeup, dust and debris are cleansed off. If your lashes are not squeaky clean, it's like trying to stick a sticker to a dusty window. It doesn't stick well. The cleaner your lashes are, the better your retention will be.

No Caffeine

Don't drink caffeine prior to your lash appointment. Caffeine makes your eyes fluttery which makes it harder for me to place lashes and slows down the process. Fluttery eyes also allow fumes to sneak in that can cause chemical burns in your eye - aka when your eyes turn bright pink. To avoid all this, save the latte for after your appointment!

Use the Bathroom

Use the bathroom before your appointment. Nothing is worse than feeling like your bladder is going to explode midway a lash set. It’s super uncomfortable and makes time feel like it’s passing 10x slower.

Aftercare & Maintenance

The First 24 Hours

Try not to get your lashes wet or introduce them to steam for 24 hours after your appointment - this will ensure the adhesive is fully dry.

After 24 hours, cleanse your lashes using a lash cleanser and a lash cleansing brush. Especially if you applied makeup onto your eyes.

Don't brush your lashes when they are wet!

No Oils

Use oil-free products on and around your eyes. Oil breaks down glue, which causes poor retention.

Don't touch your lashes with your fingers as they have oil on them. Use your mascara wand to touch them.

No Mascara

Mascara breaks down the adhesive of your lash extensions, closes all your volume fans and sticks to the base of the extension. It's best to keep your lashes free of unnecessary build up!

Getting A Refill

When you come in for a refill, we replace the lashes that have shed due to our natural hair growth cycle, and fill in the new lashes that grow in.

For the lashes that have grown out but haven’t shed just yet, we'll replace them with fresh lashes in order to maintain your natural lash health.

To be considered a refill, you must have at least 40% of your previous extensions left at the time of your appointment.
